Our UK delivery promise:

Your generator will arrive within 3-5 working days. We ensure safe, prompt delivery with regular updates. Need assistance? Our customer service team is available to help. Your satisfaction, guaranteed.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the generator must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

Before returning a generator, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email, phone, or through our website's customer support portal.

Our team will guide you through the return process and may provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Please securely package the generator to prevent damage during transportation. If provided, include the RMA number on the package.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, except when the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the safe and timely arrival of the returned generator.

In the case of a defective product, we may arrange for a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs upon verification.

Inspection and Refund:

Upon receiving the returned generator, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in point 1.

If the generator passes inspection, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note that any promotional discounts, shipping fees, or taxes applied to the original purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These may include generator accessories such as fuel, oil, spark plugs, or any used or damaged parts.

Exchanges:

Direct exchanges for generators are not offered. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

All generators come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your purchase for details on coverage and procedures.
